Uxbridge Business Park has been designed to create a high quality business park set within the natural beauty of the surrounding Green Belt.
The park forms part of the former Sanderson Wallpaper Factory that comprises 17 acres set within 60 acres of Green Belt land.
The scheme enjoys a rare combination of accessibility and tranquillity within a short stroll of Uxbridge's transport and retail core.
The park has been highly successful. The first building was prelet to pharmaceutical company, Bristol Myers-Squibb (BMS), in November 2003. In November 2004, whilst construction of BMS facility was nearing completion, the speculative development of Building One commenced with practical completion achieved in November 2005. This building was let to biotech company Amgen Ltd.
Building Three started in September 2006 and achieved practical completion to Cadbury, who took occupation in 2008.
All buildings developed to date have been designed to create a setting where major occupiers would feel at home and capable of multi occupation to maximise flexibility.
